Privacy policy
RoamKeys processes the contact, order, payment-status and technical data needed to provide orders, support, security and analytics.

1. Data we collect
- Email, Telegram username and other contact details you provide.
- Product, denomination, amount, currency, payment status and delivery history.
- Support messages and evidence needed to investigate a problem.
- IP address, device type, visited pages, referral source and interaction events.
2. How data is used
- To create, process, deliver and support an order.
- To protect the service, prevent fraud and investigate disputed transactions.
- To keep required records and protect the legitimate interests of both parties.
- To measure and improve the site where permitted by law.
3. Cookies and analytics
The site may use Google Analytics 4 and Yandex Metrica to measure visits, traffic sources and page interactions. Those services may receive technical identifiers and device information under their own privacy terms.
You can restrict cookies in your browser and use opt-out tools supplied by the relevant analytics providers.
4. Data recipients
Information is shared only with services needed to fulfil an order, including hosting, database, analytics, communications, payment and product suppliers. Only the minimum necessary information is shared.
RoamKeys does not sell personal data or publish customer contact details.
5. International processing
Some technical and partner services may process data outside the customer's country. Available contractual and technical safeguards are used where required.
6. Retention and security
Order data is retained for fulfilment, support, accounting and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law.
Access is restricted and sensitive information must not be placed on public pages or in public messages.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data. We may ask you to verify ownership of the contact method or order before acting on a request.
