Terms of service
These terms govern orders placed through RoamKeys. Customers must check account region, denomination and activation requirements before payment.

1. About the service
RoamKeys is an online service for digital codes, gift cards, game top-ups and eSIM. The service operator can be contacted at sales@roamkeys.com or @roamkeys_support on Telegram.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read these terms and supplied accurate information.
2. Placing an order
Before payment, support confirms availability, region, denomination, price and delivery method. A catalog listing does not by itself guarantee stock.
An order is accepted after its details are confirmed and payment is received through the agreed method.
3. Price and payment
The primary price is shown in RUB. Any USDT amount remains approximate until the network and payment method are confirmed.
Do not send payment before support confirms the final amount and payment details. Bank or network fees may be charged separately.
4. Digital delivery
A code, PIN, link, top-up or eSIM details are delivered through the order page, email or Telegram after payment confirmation.
Delivery time depends on the product and is confirmed before payment. Do not disclose delivered codes to third parties.
5. Region and activation
- Check the country and currency of your account before payment.
- Confirm that your device and service support the selected product.
- Follow the activation instructions and do not bypass platform rules.
- RoamKeys is not responsible for activation failure caused by an incorrect region or customer-supplied details.
6. Cancellation and refunds
An order may be cancelled before delivery if the product has not yet been purchased or reserved for the customer. After delivery or activation, the Refund Policy applies.
Mandatory consumer rights available in the customer's jurisdiction remain unaffected.
7. Acceptable use
Fraudulent payments, unauthorized resale, automated abuse, access to another customer's order and use that violates a platform's rules are prohibited.
8. Liability and updates
RoamKeys is responsible for fulfilling a confirmed order as required by applicable law. It does not control third-party platform rule changes, account restrictions or infrastructure outages.
These terms may be updated. A paid order remains subject to the version in effect when payment was made. Questions can be sent to sales@roamkeys.com.
